How do I adjust the sum of money that should be refunded to a customer?

      The RMA extension doesn’t deal with a refund itself. It works only with refund requests, so everything about sending money to customers should be performed by the admin manually via the default Magento “Credit Memo” option.

      1. Please navigate to Sales > Orders > choose the order you’d like to refund and click “Credit Memo”.

      2. Scroll down to see the block where you can adjust the amount of money that should be refunded.
